I'm beyond excited to feature Nikita & Krishan's Asian Wedding in Northern Ireland on the blog today. There's gonna be a lot of scrolling in this one as there's just too many amazing wedding photos to choose from - I had real trouble narrowing it down!
Nikita & Krishan held their whole wedding at the 5 star Culloden Hotel & Spa in Belfast, Northern Ireland. My day started at 7:30am when I met Nikita and her family for her bridal prep. A big shout-out to the lovely Rishika & Aoife who were on hair & make-up and were fantastic to work with! It was then over to Krishan and his family for his Sehra Bandi ceremony.
The morning was busy with lots of beautiful traditions happening before the main Hindu marriage ceremony. It was great having Tony shooting alongside me and also great to work with Matthew & Sean on video.
After the main ceremony we headed outside for some bridal portraits. I love this part of the day and Nikita & Krishan had factored in plenty of time for this which was amazing as we got to make the most of the late afternoon Autumnal light! How amazing did Nikita look in her Chamee & Palak dress and Krishan in his Jas Sherwani outfit.

There are many amazing things I love about shooting Indian weddings - the amazing colours, the beautiful ceremonies, the rich details. But one of the best things is the joy and genuine happiness. Its amazing to see two families come together and throw such a happy celebration!
